On November 7th, I received an empty box sent by HP. After packing my laptop for repair, I delivered it to FedEx on the same day. On November 13th, I checked the shipment status with the tracking number and found that my package had been successfully delivered and signed for. However, on November 14th, I received an email from HP stating that they had not yet received the shipment I sent. I am unsure whether this is an automated response from the AI system, but in reality, they have received my computer; it's just that HP has not updated its status promptly, or there may be an issue with my shipment. Thank you.
