HP Recommended

I got an email from HP which says: "Thank you for purchasing the HP 14-dk1000 Laptop PC series.

Our records show you purchased an HP 14-dk1000 Laptop PC series around 1 Month ago. If you are using this product, and are at least 18 years old, we would love your feedback."

I did not buy any laptops from HP last month. I tried to find a human to talk to at HP, but I failed. What can I do?
