Pavilion cd012ax
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Considering the specs I thought it would be good for gaming, I was wondering if a really powerful graphics card would do the trick and if so what graphics card would be recommended for a pavilion cd012ax?

It would be except it is not physically possible to add or change graphics "cards". There is no slot, the video is part of the motherboard. Your laptop does have a USB-C port which means you maybe could try the new HP external video card dock:

It requires that your USB-C port (the little oval shaped port) be "Thunderbolt 3" compatible and it is not clear that yours is from the Manual.

Hi,

It is not possible to upgrade the graphic card in your Notebook as it comes soldered to the motherboard, as does the dedicated graphics RAM and CPU.

Hope it helps,

David
