Recovery flash drive refund

I purchased a recovery flash drive for my laptop Order ID [Personal Information Removed]ON THE 27 MAY 2022, IT WILL NOT WORK ON MY COMPUTER EVEN YOUR HP SUPPORT TEAM ONLINE CAN NOT GET IT TOO WORK CASE [Personal Information Removed]. Can I get a refund please as it cost me £41 and I cannot afford to lose money like that on a product that does not work
