HP EliteBook 850 G5 portable, 16GB,
Product number: 3JX51EA#BED
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz
On Win 10 the portable worked flawlessly, after upgrading to Win 11 BSOD happens several times a day. The reported error is always the same:
"BAD_POOL_CALLER (c2)
The current thread is making a bad pool request. Typically this is at a bad IRQL level or double freeing the same allocation, etc."
The MODULE_NAME in which the error occurs is different almost every time the error occurs.
I checked and updated the drivers (including HP drivers), MS updates are 22H2 cumulative update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022845).
The hardware test shows no errors.
Please help.
