I have requested a refund for an Omen laptop that I ordered and paid for but was not delivered, due to a customs issue (starting Dec 21) with FedEx that HP still has not resolved. I was told that I would receive an email confirmation within 24-48 hours of my refund request. I have still not received the email.

This has been going on for over two weeks with no progress despite 3 phone conversations with customer support.
