Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have recently bought a Hp-Victus gaming laptop online, when I checked system SKU it shows 7N3S2UAR#ABA. Here R represents refurbished, but when I asked the seller he says it is a new laptop and they have upgraded it's Ram to 16 GB which it was 8 GB originally. Does upgrading ram makes it refurbished. Pls answer my query

Hi:

If the product number ends in a 'R' it means the notebook was refurbished by HP, not a 3rd party reseller.

The fact that the seller added memory to it does not mean it was refurbished unless you bought the notebook directly from HP and they refurbished it by adding memory as part of the process.
