I want to express my deep disappointment with HP regarding a hinge defect on my laptop, which was purchased only a year ago. The device is still under warranty, yet HP refuses to cover the repair, claiming that the damage is not covered.

I would like to clarify that there has been no impact or improper handling on my part, as I demonstrated by sending a complete video via WhatsApp showing the excellent condition of the laptop. Despite this, HP continues to reject my claim.

The agent informed me that "HP's standard limited warranty does not cover damage to the chassis, screen, hinge, or frame unless it results directly from a manufacturing  defect of failure". However, this is clearly a manufacturing defect, and it should be covered under the warranty.

Furthermore, I have left my phone number several times through their platform, but no one has ever called me back. The fact that a brand like HP is unreachable by phone is simply unacceptable.

This is clearly a manufacturing defect, which should be covered by the warranty. I find it unacceptable for a brand of this scale to fail to honor its warranty commitments. I strongly advise against purchasing HP products. The lack of support and the failure to address obvious manufacturing defects are simply unacceptable
