Pavillion 13 - A201TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi ,

I have my HP Pavillion 13.3 A201TU model laptop which was provided with below hard drvive.

1 TB 5400 rpm SATA

But it is not working now due to some hard ware issues. It is not able to identify it self while booting up.

So I have decided to replace it with a new one. But here  I thought of replacing it with a SSD this time instead of HDD.

I have gone through all SSD's available in the market. I have decided to take one with belo specs

Please advice f this fits in  to my HP 13 A201TU and

Please advise if I can transfer my Hard drive files to this while replacing this.

Thanks

Pavan

All standard 2.5" SSD's for laptops/notebooks with 7.0mm thickness will fit to your machine. One thing I don't know why it needs Batteries: 1 Lithium ion batteries required.

Your machine has  1 TB 5400 rpm SATA, why not use 1TB 2.5" SSD ? The following one is fully compatible

Lastly, I wanted to know if I can get the data from my HDD to SSD. Please share any documentation or resources.
