Hi Team,

My Laptop Serial number is : [Personal Information Removed]

My laptop is covered under ADP till 16/10/2024

On 12/10/2024 I visited the Hp service center to get my Laptop screen repaired along with Hinges.

The Service Engineer Shivaprasad K was assigned and took the laptop attaching service call report.

On 18th October 2024 I went to the service center to pick up the laptop, on close inspection service person had damaged back panel of laptop near the hinge where I think he used screwdriver to open instead of Triangle Plastic pry.

Asking the same he told he will repair and give the laptop.

On 21st October, I went to the service center again upon close inspection the laptop remained the same, the service personal is telling once we open the laptop damages will happen, I spoke with Manager, he accepted that damage happens when we open, he also told to claim a replacement from HP. I have the complete Audio recording of manager speaking.

I have also taken pics of laptop before giving to service center and pics after taking from service center

I have earlier purchased laptop from HP, your service was very good thats why I purchased again. The service center is pathetic.

Hope my issue will be resolved soon.

No one is replying me on email [Content Removed] nor on whatsapp, help me what to do.

Regards,
