The bluetooth of my laptop is not working properly i cant use any bluetooth device with it whenever i connects them with my laptop it automatically disconnects them and if it stays connected they have to be kept VERY VERY close to laptop to work, I personally think the problem is with the bluetooth adapter of my laptop what should i do 

can the adapter be replaced or is there any other way.

Thank you for sharing the details, & Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. Here’s what you can do to resolve Bluetooth issues on your HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-dv2000 (4Z019AV):

1. Update Bluetooth Drivers

 

2. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

  • Restart your laptop and press F2 at startup.
  • Run the Component Test → Bluetooth/Wireless to check for hardware faults.

 

3. Check Windows Settings

  • Ensure Bluetooth & other devices settings are enabled.
  • Turn off Power Saving for Bluetooth in Device Manager → Properties → Power Management.

 

4. Reset Network Settings

  • Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Advanced network settings → Network reset.
  • Restart your laptop after reset.
