I have HP victus 15 laptop recently I got it opened at a repair shop to get its vents cleaned, the person there opened it and while he was cleaning he had a strong neodymium magnet nearly the size of a coin it accidentally slipped from his hand and stick to one of the fans and was difficult to get it out but he somehow managed to get it out thus the magnet was in contact with the fan for few seconds we checked the fan it is working fine but I am concerned if it might have harmed the internal magnets of the fan.

I understand your concern but if you boot into the UEFI diagnostics (using F2) and there are no fan diagnostics, there is no way to check out the fan.
Also, if this was not an HP Certified service facility, you likely voided the warranty by having the laptop pried open. To clean out the vents, you normally use one of the small cans of compressed air you buy at office supply stores and spray the air into the vents.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
