Planning to upgrade my HP Laptop 4GB RAM to higher about 16GB. But cannot find the maximum upgradable size. From internet research found about 16 GB.
Cannot exactly find the model number, as in BIOS it showing HP LAPTOP 15-db 1xxx. So I'm including the product number along with this which is 9VJ83PA#ACJ.
Also need to know wether there is an option to put another hard disk (I mean SSD) other than the 1 TB HDD currently installed by default. Bought my laptop on August 2020, hope it's a newer model.

For the memory, it is what is indicated yes, but it is always necessary to check directly
I do not have the answer for the SSD, because not always explicit
Sometimes it is only possible to replace the existing disk
sometimes it is possible to add, but on condition that you buy the complete kit to be able to connect it.
you have to reread the entire doc and open to see what is possible
Table 3-5 Mass storage devices and their descriptions (continued)
and, see the other models that can help possibly, provided to check as I indicated it what is in place or not in yours
