I am having a similar problem. After entering all the data on the registration page, the "Send" button does nothing. There are no error showing up on the data. I am using the latest Firefox with pop-up blocker and VPN turned off. This is very frustrating. I have an account setup with the purchase of my older laptop. When I try to add the new laptop, the serial number is not accepted. (The tip to use the Fn and Esc keys does not work for me.) My serial number is on the original laptop box.
