Just registered with the MyHPSupport portal, unfortunately I am unable to complete the profile.  Says "User is deactivated".  Can't fill out the profile.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you are aware that the MyHPSupport registration and account is for businesses only?

 

Were you employed with a business that had you as an account user?

That would account for the User is deactivated.

Yes, I'm aware - that's why I'm registering.  It's a fairly new account.

Ok.

 

If user is deactivated, it means you already have a profile.

 

You will need to select an in-warranty product to see what options the portal presents you with.

 

Let me know how that goes.
