I have laptop Hp probook 4420s, s/n: [edited]. I installed the bios password, but i forgot.

You will have to contact HP technical support for assistance with obtaining a SMC.bin file for your PC.

I contact Hp support in VietNam, but they said: “Your Probook 4420 is old”.They are not support.

I doubt you can call the USA toll free number for the United States to get assistance.

 

Furthermore, the new forum rules revised on March 1, 2019, prohibit us from providing any assistance with clearing BIOS passwords.

If HP can't/won't help you, then you will need a new motherboard without a BIOS P/W to resolve the problem.
