Good afternoon maybe somebody can help I was on here not too long ago about an SD micro cards stuck inside my brand new HP Specter 360 two in one laptop well I've been trying to get videos and watching videos how to take the back cover off and it explains about pulling the plastic strip off of the one area on the back not both but it's confusing cuz the one strip is not coming off the way it shows it in the video cuz I need to get to that is the micro that's stuck inside so please any help would be appreciated this goes back from when somebody help me how to tried to get to the SD card any help will be appreciated thank you

Removing the bottom cover AFAIK involves removing four screws, not removing the rubber strips.

See the Maintenance & Service guide. (ch 5, pg 35)

The smaller models, like my own Spectre x360-ap000 ultrabook require removing the rubber strips.

I am curious as to why you did not follow the guide another member gave you in one of your previous posts.

 

Can you post a well lighted photo of the bottom of your notebook? From the images I have seen there are four screws there holding the bottom cover on.

Good morning heres is the Model that i have this is off the Box i have for my labtop. maybe this will help? Just got it 3 months ago but just started using thank you 

PS here's a picture of the back I took it early this morning with the light on so it looks a little funny so please advise and also above is the specs and exactly the laptop I do have from the box please let me know thank you so much for your help

Maybe someone can help I was able to finally get the back off of this brand new HP I saw more videos but I was able to pop it off but the problem is in the pictures the SD card you'll see the little slot in the picture it's stuck inside the slot and you can't see it visually and when I turn into the side I don't see the SD card like it's inside somewhere please any help would be appreciated thank you here's a few pictures

If you remove the yellow transparent insulation tape from the SD card slot can you see the memory card?

 

I am asking that because I can't see the sd card when I magnify the image.

 

Counting from the left the SD slot should be the one to the left of the green tag on the audio cable.
