Hi. The battery died in my Envy laptop, so I want to run it without the battery (It won’t power on with the power cord right now).  I know the power cord works.  I unscrewed the back panel and removed the three screws holding the battery in place.  However, there is a “cord” that connects the battery to the motherboard, but I have no idea how to disconnect it.  See the attached picture.  Any ideas?

TIA!
