Product: Pavilion x360 15 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am wanting to upgrade the RAM on a new Pavilion x360 15 Convertible PC 15-cr0037wm, as it came with only 4 GB.  The instructions I find for removing the cover everywhere on HP support are not even close.  I found one response on here with a link to an x360 15 convertible, but it did not match either!  I cannot figure out how to get the bottom cover off of this thing!

OK, I got the cover off, but now how do I get to the RAM?

post a pic of the inside.  You could also do a youtube search.
