So I have booked my Laptop in for repair with HP and they have scheduled DPD to come and pick up, but DPD will not call me and I have no idea when they are going to arrive.

I live in an apartment building and they have not rung the intercom and I have no way to contact them.

HP refused to give me a label that I can use myself to send the parcel via a DPD parcel shop and so I am stuck.

I have booked two separate repair jobs with HP and on both occasions DPD claim to have visited three times but I have not had any notification of these attempts.

Why can't HP simply send me a shipping label and I can take care of this myself instead of relying on DPD who are the worst courier for pick ups because they give the customer zero tools or information to manage the pick up.
