7 days agos, we ordered a repair to Best2serve (USB C). We live in France.

The laptop should have been collected within 48hrs.

This week, we've spent hours on the phone trying to understand what was the problem with them not initiating any logistics action but no way to get UPS collecting the device. 

 

With such a poor performance on the very first step of the process, we are considering to find another repair center.

We've raised the question of another partner to the after sales service of HP but not answer so far.

 

Can you recommend another repair center (HP partner)?

we had already tried severals times the HP support phone number that you indicate.

It has not been helpfull at all.

 

Any other idea would be welcome.
