I recently sent my product in for repairs a few days ago and HP said it would be repaired within a few days. I knew it probably wouldn’t be that easy, so I expected them to keep a little longer. The only reason I’m concerned it because they didn’t email me with an update or anything? I’m sitting here having to speculate every day on what’s going on. The issue with the computer wasn’t that extensive: back lit keyboard flashing. I’d assume that’s not a hard fix to make, but I don’t really know. Is there an ETA on how long this could take?

During this hard time due to Covid-19 when many things are out of our control. All services may only work 25% to 30% except medical area. We have to wait and pray !
