Hey guys, so my laptop hard drive crashed in may. The fan isnt working and the battery is damaged as well.
Where do I go to replacement parts. The warranty on the laptop has expired.
Is the laptop a lost cause or is it fixable.
I use my laptop for music making, gaming and animation.

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,
You may refer to the Maintenance and Service guide of your notebook. Here you will find the list of parts which are compatible and tested on your PC.
Please note, these are the parts which are tested on your PC, If you wish to try other parts you can try it at your own discretion, HP Doesn't recommend any upgrade/downgrade of any hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product. It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance.
Alternatively, You could replace the part on your own, use the HP Partsurfer to identify the part: Click here & order it via the HP Parts store (Click here).
If you're not comfortable in replacing the part or finding the correct one for your notebook. I would recommend you contact our HP support team for further assistance.
HP support team can be reached on this link.
Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help you.
That said, If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!
