HP Recommended
After 1 year, my notebook isn't powering on unless it's connected to the power adapter (i tried reinstalling the battery drivers and all other suggestions that i found in this community). Results of the HP battery test indicates that i need to replace the battery but i can't find the original HP KB06XL battery at the part store. There are some compatible batteries on amazon.com, but I prefer the original, where can I buy it?
Please help in this regard.

Our community has no influence on the devices and parts that HP stocks and sells, nor do we have any way to get a part for you that is not available to the public.
If you are willing to pay a fee for the service to replace the battery and for the part, you might try opening an online case with HP. Explain (when you are opening the case online) that you are willing to pay for service and parts, ask about options.
