Product: Envy x360 convertible 15-bp100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The HDD made a loud thunk, then stopped working.  It is only 2 years old!

I want to replace it,  but having a hard time finding a part.

 

HP Envy x360 convertible 15-bp100

 

Can anyone provide me with a link for the parts?  

there is a video I saw that has a skinny SSD separate from the HDD?  Is that right? 

Is there a SSD that replaces the current HDD?

HP envy x360 convertible 15bp100

This is everything on the back of the laptop.

When I used the serial number on how it also listed CTO after bp100.

 

If I get just a nvme SSD for the extra slot, can that run the laptop, and I can leave the HDD slot blank?
