Also see page 22. There is one cable kit that includes cables that fit all possible displays but the plastic casings (back cover and bezel) may be different. The panels are very expensive and the plastic pieces pretty expensive. Frankly, unless you are a laptop technician and have access to wholesale parts prices, the cost of retrofitting a newer laptop with an alternate display panel is going to be more than makes economic sense. You would be better off selling your laptop and buying what you now know you really want.
