can i Replace Intel 3945ABG with Intel 4965AGN MM2 in a Pavilion DV9690ev. Where i can find the bios WiFi Card WhiteList ?

You already know the Whitelist story. I believe HP removed the whitelist mid 2014. But your machine was built before that therefore the chance to replace wireless card is very slime to none.

Yes that is what it means. But be sure to get a version of the card that has an HP Part number. Not any old Intel 4985AGN will work. Like this:

In a review at amazon I found this remark:

The HP website identifies accepted replacement parts for the computers they manufactured.

The replacement wireless LAN card for a Compaq 6710b is the HP Part Number 441086-001, for a wireless card supporting 802.11a/b/g/n.

HP warns that you must buy a third part with an HP Part number otherwise it will not work with the HP BIOS.

Contrary to what HP claims this card will NOT work with a Compaq 6710b.

Notice the image of the card?

It has three locations for antenna.

The Compaq 6710b only has two antenna.

The Compaq 6710b cannot support an 802.11n card due to the lack of the third antenna.

Once again HP errors again and leads you down the wrong path.

I already have tried some other half size cards, a Intel N-100 and N-2230 and a Atheros AR9283 and AR9285, all of them with 2 antenna, but all are refused by the bios!

Hey you have to add the third antenna. Did the BIOS reject that card? No and it will not if you get the right one. It has to have an HP Part number. HP sold the laptop new with those cards and on the ones it did they had 3 antennae. 

"HP" did not "error again". Sorry.
