Product: HP 17-by3000 Laptop PC series (8VQ00AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I own an HP laptop 17-by3056cl. The display hinges have always been tighter than I thought they should be. Eventually, the stress was too much and the keyboard cover cracked at the hinge locations. I'm looking to purchase and replace the broken case. The laptop is no longer under warrenty.
The rest of the case is fine. But I'd like to replace the entire case anyway. Bottom cover, keyboard cover and display cover including the narrow strip that attaches to the bottom of the display and the rear edge of the main body.
Can someone please direct me to a website to buy the case and a video showing step by step instructions for replacement?
Thank you,
Dean
