Product: Pavilion 15au 063nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP pavilion 15au 063nr but the battery is bad and needs to be constantly plugged in. Which battery do I need and how do I replace the battery. Not too apparent how to open the case to get to the internals to replace the battery,

The battery part number and description is:

 

849909-855
Assembly-battery 2C 41WH 5.36Ah LI BP

 

HP does not sell the battery you need, so I recommend you do a search by the HP 849909-855 battery part number on Amazon or eBay and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references that part number.
