Envy 17T-S100CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The arrow keys stopped working and after reinstalling the drivers to no avail I bought a new keyboard. The only problem is I cannot figure how to install it. I've changed keyboards, hardrives, ram, and many other things in laptops but I've never seen one like this. The keyboard does not seem to be accessible. If anyone out here has ever changed keyboards on the HP Envy 17T-S100CTO, please give me a few tips as to how to access the old one.

As per the Service Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05369368.pdf the Keyboard is not a customer replaceable part since you need to remove several parts to access the Keyboard

I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for assistance with the replacement
