Hi,
I try to install a SSD M.2 NVMe in my laptop. I replace a optane for this SSD but the computer does not recognize the ssd, I do not know if I have to install a driver before to recognize it or what I have to do ?

Hi:
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that NVMe SSD's are supported.
So the only suggestion I can offer if you did not do so already would be to follow the procedure for removing and disabling an Optane memory module.
You can't just physically remove it and install a NVMe in its place.
See the last two sections at the link below...
HP PCs - Installing and Using Intel Optane | HP® Customer Support
If you don't see the NVME SSD in Windows explorer, that is because you have to initialize it first.
Initialize new disks | Microsoft Docs
If you have properly disabled the Intel Optane memory using the steps in the link I provided, you should be able to install W10 on the NVMe SSD without the need of additional drivers.

Sorry, but i have already removed the optane without doing the previous steps and now the RST show me this:
And I can´t disable the optane. In this case, is necessary to enable the optane or what
do I have to do ?
