Can I replace  my existing sandisk SSD 128 GB with HP EX950 M.2 512GB PCIe 3.1 x4 NVMe 3D TLC NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) Or 
SAMSUNG SSD 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2 500GB

Hi,

Yes, those will work. I would go with the 970 Evo Plus which is considered one of the best on the market.

On page 46 of service manual you can see the steps to install the drive:

Wether my  HP ENVY x360 Convertible
Model: 15-aq292cl supports SATA SSD or NVMe SSD  for upgradation of my  sandisk SSD X600 SATA_M.2  2280 128 GB to 512 GB or 1TB.
