I am planning to replace my hardisk for HP 15-120tx laptop. Please confirm if I can purchase below harddisk online.

Hi:

 

That disk should work just fine.

 

You may also want to consider replacing the drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

 

If you can live with 500 GB of drive space this model doesn't cost much more than the 1 TB mechanical hard drive you want to buy.
