I am still entirely unclear what has happened. What MU09 did you buy? I gather it is not fully charging and a couple cells are dead. Is it a genuine HP or a knock-off? Check the last post I did as I added some commentary possibly after you replied. 

 

The Experts with "Volunteer" on the badge like me are not HP employees, just trying to help.
