Product: Pavilion 14-bf101na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, the battery for my Pavilion 14-bf101na suddenly became very week today, with the battery check giving a max capacity of 20% of the original spec. The laptop itself is almost 2 years old and I cannot find the battery replacement in the HP spare part search. Can someone point me to where I can get a trustworthy replacement?

I can't find its Official specs, only

with product ID: 2PN05EA#ABU . From its manual, it uses 3-cell, Prismatic battery, 41-Whr, 3610 mAh battery part # 920070-855 which is NOT available from HP Online store

Please try Amazon UK for example
