Hello!

My Battery for my OMEN Pro 15 doesn't work anymore, its always drained and I always have to be connected to the Electricity. I want to change the Battery but there are no Replacement parts to buy on the HP site. I live in Austria. 

The Product number is L9U78AA##ABA, My Serial number is [Personal Information Removed]

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
