Product: Envy 17T
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.  My Envy 17T laptop keeps popping and shutting off when running on the battery alone (no power adaptor). Probably time for a new battery, but the parts site does not have a replacement for the 8000049-001 battery that is suggested.  Anybody actually replace this battery and know what the model is?  And where it can be purchased?  Not much help from HP on this one.

Thanks for the info!  I found a place called "Laptop Battery Express" who is domestic in the US.  They've been responsive so far, and I guess I'll see if this part solves the issue soon.  Appreciate the recommendation though, and will try it if this falls through or another laptop needs it.
