Hi. My battery is failing. What battery do I need and where can I buy a genuine replacement please as it seems there are lots of fake batteries out there that only last a few weeks.

 

My laptop model number is 14-ck0xxx (SN: [Personal Information Removed]), purchased new from store in UK 2019

Battery (3-cell, 41 WHr, 3.6 Ahr) HP P/N L11119-855


Only use batteries that have the exact HP part number. You can find them on Amazon.co.uk or eBay.co.uk at good prices
