Product: HP15-au020wm

I can't seem to find a battery replacement from HP or their authorized dealers.  No one answers at authorized dealers.  Can someone suggest where to locate the appropriate battery.  I have a HP Pavilion, 15-au020wm.  Battery Number 849909-855.  Thank you,

Yes it is based on the part number fo the battery...all 15-au models use the same one. If you confine your search to the laptop model you will not find much you have to search by battery part number.

I confirmed the part number for the battery. 

 

None from HP Parts Store. No genuine ones from amazon.com. eBay:

My model is HP15-au20wm.  I don't thik HP15-au10wm is the same model number.  Will it still work?
