Replacement Battery for HP Spectre Foldable 17-cs0013dx

I own a HP Spectre Foldable 17-cs0013dx, which I purchased in the United States in November 2023. The laptop bears the serial number CND3342H54 and Product ID 845B7UA#ABA.

Regrettably, the battery of the unit has completely ceased to function. I have exerted all efforts to locate a replacement battery through computer supply stores across the Philippines and by searching through online marketplaces, but I have not been successful in finding this specific model.

To add to my concern, I have recently learned that HP is discontinuing the production of the HP Spectre Foldable 17-cs0013dx. This is deeply frustrating, considering the unit was bought less than a year ago and is now unusable due to a failed battery with no readily available replacement.

In this light, I respectfully request the following:
1. Information on how and where I can order a replacement battery compatible with my HP Spectre Foldable 17-cs0013dx.
2. Assistance in having one shipped to me in the Philippines, should it still be available in your inventory.

I hope HP and the community can provide a clear resolution to this issue so that I may continue to use a product I invested in only recently.
