Product: HP ENVY - 17-u177cl

I need a replacement battery.

 

I did the email to replacement parts and did not get a response.

I was told by Best Buy that my battery was SG03XL, but I need to

buy a HP battery.

I tried the find the parts on hp site, but my model number nor serial number

   shows any parts.

Please advise
