Hi,
I've recently opened my laptop apart to try fixing the hinges (broken due to the number of times it have dropped, silly me) but ended making it worse (when laptop opens, sounds like a firecracker and there's a gap around the right hinge, quite terrifying).
Upon closer examination, I discovered the plastic things for the right hinge have broken and the left hinge's screws have gotten too tight somehow. The base cover is also falling apart.
I am looking for a place to buy replacement parts but can't find any on the HP Parts Finder.
Quick replies would be appreciated as my laptop is getting really unhinged. Where do I buy the parts?
I live in the middle east.
LAPTOP: ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ay0xxx
PARTS NEEDED: Two hinges (right and left) and a base cover.
Thanks,
Hammad Qureshi.
PS: it's a bummer that I can't upgrade the RAM.

Here is a hyperlink to the pdf file of your laptop model series.

Look in the illustrated parts catalog section for the part and the appropriate HP part numbers.
Use HP + the part number as keywords in your preferred search engine to find an online vendor in your region of the world.
