Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

This is a little embarrassing, but I've had a couple of keys on my laptop break. As in, the key caps have straight-up cracked in half. Full disclosure, it was probably due to gaming a little too vigorously.

 

In any event, I've been searching everywhere to find replacement keys, but for the life of me I can't find replacement keys for my specific device, not even on the HP website. So is there any place I can go to order keys for this computer? If so, if someone could kindly point my dumdum self in the right direction, I'd certainly appreciate it.

Replacement keys are not really a thing. Sometimes you can find sellers on eBay who will part out a keyboard. The remedy generally is to replace the keyboard and it is no easy matter.

Oof, that's rough. How would one even go about replacing the keyboard on a laptop? 

 

I'll take a look around on eBay, just in case. Thank you for such a prompt response!
