HP Pavillion Gaming

Hey Peeps

I have a HP Pavillion Gaming 15 - ak002na

a little while ago the I noticed the laptop was struggling to hold its charge, until it got to the point where it will no longer power on without being plugged in to the charger, and then once the charger is disconnected, it will suddenly power off.

essentially my laptop has become a desktop.

I assume its a battery issue, however I'm struggling to find a replacement battery.

The Battery Part number is: 800010-421
there is also a sticker on the battery saying 
Replace with HP Spare: 800050-001

neither of which i can find on the HP Spare parts store.

was hoping someone could guide me on where I could find this battery, or a suitable replacement option

The HP Spare: 800050-001 is correct. If you are unable to find the part in HPstore, you can purchase it from online shopping.

Or you can contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
