I need to buy some spare parts to repair an HP Notebook (model: 15-bs558sa, product id: 2PW28EA) that has ben dropped. Parts would include a top-cover, one hinge, the bezel around the display and possibly the display panel itself. Unfortunately, I cannot find any indication on HP's UK site as to how, or where (or even if) replacement parts are sold. There is also no way to contact HP UK, by phone, to ask the simple question - 'where, how and from whom do I buy spare parts for this laptop'?!
I'd be really grateful if anyone can anyone can tell me:
a) Does HP have a spares supply operation in the UK that can provide the parts I require? Or:
b) Is there an authorised spares supplier in the UK that I can contact to buy the required parts?
Many thanks in advance for any assistance you might be able to offer.

First thing you want to do is make a list of the HP Part numbers you need. Here is the Service manual:
There is an exploded diagram of the components of the laptop with parts numbers. Give us a list of those numbers.
There will be jobbers and resellers who can be contacted to try to find the parts. You may have to use parts houses found on eBay or amazon.com.uk but the parts will be available. Don't be shocked to find out the cost of doing this is not economic. Its like if you get in a wreck with your car. At a certain point they "total it out" if cost of repair is more than the value of the resulting product. I am pretty fair at guerilla sourcing strategies like finding a used laptop with a dead motherboard or something like that to serve as a parts donor. If you are lucky enough to find that its usually way cheaper than buying these parts individually.

Apologies for the delay in replying.
Many thanks for your post and the link to the Service Manual - just what we needed to find the parts we required! We were able to source some direct from HP and one, used, from eBay as you suggested. End result is the notebook is now usable again.
