Hi Everyone!

I wasn't really sure where to post this so I put it here.  If someone could point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it.  You know those little rubber feet on the bottom case?  Two of them are missing from my wife's laptop.  I looked up the part on the parts site.  They are part# L19170-001 (for the silver ones).  It says that they aren't available for sale online, that it is used on over 200 products.  Seems to me that if a part is used that much, then you should be able to purchase replacements.  So basically I'm asking if anyone knows where I can purchase some new ones.  Any help would be great!

Thanks!

Mike

@mikeyb6901 you may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.

Or, If you have an HP authorized service center near by, you should be able to take it to them and have it checked,

Here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: Click here
