Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all

I have a HP ENVY X360 which needs a 'BN03XL' battery.
Does anyone know where I can get a genuine replacement?

Thanks

You do not need a BN03XL battery. That is the universal,  generic part number.

What you need is the HP part numbered battery

It is highly recommended to use only genuine HP batteries. Knockoffs and generic batteries may not work as expected.

Thank you. I read some reviews of that site saying they don't provide genuine parts, is this true?
