HP ENVY 15-as031nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop (HP ENVY 15-as031nr) started powering off just under 50% and after a battery diagnosis my battery is "weak." The support assistant recommended I buy a replacement battery, but the HP Parts Store it forwarded me to didn't list a battery. I opened the laptop and my battery says to replace it with part number 849313-850, but I cannot find that part on the HP Parts Store or the HP PartsSurfer. Before I try one of the supposedly-compatible batteries I find on other sites, I wondered if there was an OEM solution possible for me or if I was out of luck.

Thank you!
