Hi My HP Pavilion laptop is still doing well except for the battery, which I would like to replace with a genuine HP battery if I can find one on ebay.  Does anyone have the part number(s) for the correct battery for my laptop?  It originally came a very large, high capacity battery, and I replaced it at one point with a smaller aftermarket battery.  The aftermarket was terrible, so I want to stick with HP OEM battery if possible, hopefully the high capacity.  Thank you!

Unfortunately, HP no longer sells the OEM battery you need.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to check eBay or Amazon and buy a compatible 9 cell battery that references the HP part number.

 

On eBay I see many with that part number listed as 6-cell, but I do see some 9 cell ones.
