I live on the Central Coast NSW. Are there any store on the coast that can replace the battery on this HP Pavilion 15-ck020tx.

Your HP Pavilion - 15-Ck020tx (2US70PA) requires a "3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion prismatic" battery according to: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=2US70PA, which happens to be HP p/n: 920070-855 ("Assembly-battery 3C 41Whr 3.6Ah LI TF03XL").

 

You can get a quality "TF03XL" replacement battery here in Down Under: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/133902604670?hash=item1f2d37997e:g:6JsAAOSwgathZpMz&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAA....
